Modelly is building an introduction service to connect beauty professionals and models. By joining the waitlist, you agree that Modelly will not be a party to any appointment, treatment, or agreement made between a professional and a model, and will not provide, supervise, or guarantee any service. Once live, each professional will be solely responsible for holding appropriate insurance and for the standard, safety, and outcome of any service they provide. Each model will participate at their own discretion and will be responsible for disclosing any relevant allergies, sensitivities, or health information to the professional prior to any appointment. Any dispute, damage, injury, or dissatisfaction arising from a match must be resolved directly between the professional and the model; Modelly accepts no liability for the outcome of any appointment arranged through the platform.
